When and how you get your money
The customer pays by card, your share goes to your Stripe account and Stripe deposits it in your bank within a few business days.
- The customer pays by card when booking (or when accepting your quote, or 2 days before each visit in a series).
- Your share, after commission, moves to your Stripe account with that payment.
- Stripe deposits it in your bank account on its payout schedule, usually within a few business days.
- Tips arrive with your next payout.
Tap "View payments dashboard" in Payments to see each payment and payout in Stripe.
If there is a refund
If a booking is cancelled with a refund, the refunded part is taken back from your Stripe account.
Do not take payments outside the app for bookings made here: without payment in the app there is no confirmed booking and no protection for either side.
