Frequently asked questions
Can they clean same-day between two bookings?
Yes. Book the slot between check-out (usually 11 AM) and check-in (3 PM). The business confirms it fits that window.
Do they wash the sheets?
Depends on the business: some launder on site if there is a washer, others swap in a clean set and take the used one. It is stated in the service description.
How do I know it is done right if I am not on the island?
You get photos of the finished apartment in the app chat and you rate the booking.
