What the service is
Brega PR is a platform that connects customers with independent service businesses in Puerto Rico. The business performs the service; Brega PR facilitates the booking, the payment and the communication.
Bookings and payments
The total price shows before you confirm and includes the platform service fee. Payment is by card through Stripe at booking. The business receives its share when it marks the service completed.
Cancellations
Cancel 24 hours or more in advance for a full refund. Under 24 hours and before the service time, a 50% refund. After the service time, no refund. If the business cancels, always a full refund.
Reviews
Only customers who completed a paid booking can review. Reviews must be about the service received. We remove reviews with insults, third parties' personal data or content unrelated to the service.
For businesses
Listing is free. The per-booking commission is shown before you publish your first service and is deducted automatically. You are responsible for your permits, licenses, taxes (including sales tax where it applies) and the quality of the service. You must honor confirmed bookings or cancel them as early as possible.
Liability
Brega PR does not perform the services and is not liable for damage caused during a service, though we investigate every complaint and may suspend a business. Each business is responsible for its work.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide truthful information. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
