What we collect
When you book or list a business we collect name, email, phone, town and the booking details. Payments are processed by Stripe; Brega PR never sees or stores your full card number. If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation to handle your case.
What for
To confirm bookings, connect customers with businesses, send booking notices (confirmation, reminder, review request), answer your messages and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Who it is shared with
The business you booked (name, phone and service address), Stripe for payment, and Amazon Web Services where the system is hosted. Nobody else, unless required by law.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and clicks on contact buttons. You can block it in your browser settings and the site works the same.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by writing to hola@brega-pr.com. We delete the account and personal data; we keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
Minors
The service is for people 18 and older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above and email registered users.
