Editing your profile, photos and FAQ
Change your business name, description, towns, logo, photos of past work and FAQ.
You edit your profile in two places in your dashboard:
- "Business profile": name, description, home town, towns you serve (up to 20), categories (up to 4), languages, WhatsApp and the automatic message customers get when they request a quote.
- "Photos and profile": your logo, the description (with "Improve with AI" if you want help), up to 12 photos of past work with captions, and your FAQ (up to 20). Changes save on their own.
Your dashboard shows how complete your profile is. Profiles with a logo, a description of 120 characters or more, 3 or more work photos, a photo on every service, towns and WhatsApp get more customers.
Questions your page could not answer
When a customer asks something that is not on your page, you see it in your dashboard under "Your customers asked". Write the answer and tap "Publish answer" to add it to your FAQ.
