How to book and pay for a service
Pick a day and time, fill in the address and what the business needs to know, and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.

Tap "Book"
On the service you want, on the business page.

Pick a day and time
The calendar shows, in Puerto Rico time, the days with open times over the next 6 weeks. A booking has to start at least 2 hours from now.

Fill in the details
Enter the service address and town, and answer what the business needs to know (questions marked * are required). Some ask for photos or a short video. You can add notes for the business.

Check the total
You see the service price, the 8% service fee and the total, along with that service's cancellation policy.

Pay
Tap "Pay by card". You pay on Stripe's secure page; your card is not shared with the business. Your time is held for 30 minutes while you pay.
Once the payment goes through you see "Booking confirmed!", you get a confirmation email and a chat opens with the business with a summary of your booking.
Did not finish paying?
If you leave the payment page, you are not charged. Tap "Try again" to go back.
Services with a "Buy" button are orders with no appointment: you do not pick a date or address and you pay once. That payment is not refundable once confirmed.
