How to ask a business a question
Ask from the business page. We answer right away from what the business published, or send it to the business in the chat.

Tap "Chat in the app" or "WhatsApp"
Both are at the top of the business page.

Type your question
Tap "Ask". We answer right away using what the business already published: services, prices, towns and FAQ.

If the answer is not there
Tap "Send to the business in the chat" and your question goes to them. You can also tap "Ask on WhatsApp" if the business has WhatsApp. You need to be signed in to use the chat.
The business answers in Messages, and we email you if you have not read it.
